Help with Jumbula registration and payment

Registering online versus in person

Everyone needs to register online.

Creating a user name/password and family profile for Jumbula

You need to create an account on Jumbula in order to register for certain types of SPI programs. The system will build and save your family profile with identifying info for each member of your family (i.e. child's name and birthdate etc.0 so that you don't need to re-enter basic information each time you select a program. It will allow you to register for multiple programs at a time and for multiple kids in one checkout.

A Jumbula account needs to be set up by a parent/legal guardian. Please do not put cousins on the same account or register on behalf of a friend or family member by adding their children to your Jumbula account. Your Jumbula username and login info can be used for future SPI programs and  you can easily request a password reset on the log in page if you've forgotten yours.

Registering multiple kids or for multiple programs

After you have registered one child for a program, you can enroll another by clicking button that says "SELECT FOR ANOTHER PARTICIPANT" or the one that says "REGISTER FOR SAME PROGRAM." Either will allow you to proceed.   As long as the child you are registering is already in your jumbula profile profit, you can select their name. If you need to register a child who was not previously in your jumbula profile, the system will prompt you to add them.

Credit Card Payment Tips

Credit card payments for SPI programs you've registered for though Jumbula will be processed through PayPal, but YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD. You can use any credit card as a PayPal guest. (PayPal will try to prompt you to create a PayPal account, but you can ignore these attempts and bypass this)
