Create a user name/password and family profile in Jumbula
You must create an account on Jumbula to register for certain types of SPI enrichment programs. Once you begin filling out our online enrollment forms, the system will collect and save some basic info (i.e. child's name, birthdate, address, etc.) as part of a household profile so that you won't need to re-enter it each time you sign up for a SPI program. Jumbula enables registration in multiple programs and/or for more than one child in a single checkout. You can set up a Jumbula account via one of two routes:
1. Start at https://login.jumbula.com to establish login credentials, THEN go to https://spi.jumbula.com when you are ready to register for SPI programs. - OR -
2. Go directly to our program registration landing page at https://spi.jumbula.com, then click on one of the "register" buttons beside a program you are interested in. The system will instruct you to either log in to an existing account or set up new one at this point.
Registering multiple kids or for multiple programs
After you have registered one child for a program, you can enroll another from your household (as long as they meet the same age/grade level criteria) in the same session by clicking the button that says "SELECT FOR ANOTHER PARTICIPANT" or the one that says "REGISTER FOR SAME PROGRAM." If they are already saved in your Jumbula profile from a prior registration, you can select their name from a list that populates. If they are new addition, the system will prompt you to add them.
Camps are weeklong programs, not independent daily sessions
Camp session run Monday - Friday and kids are there for the full week. However, quirks in the registration software platform may present it to users as if they have to "opt in" or select to each day of the week. If you just checkmark Monday it will autofill the other days for you!
****IMPORTANT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TIP****
Credit card payments for SPI programs will be fulfilled through PayPal as a third party processor, but YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO REGISTER. YOU CAN USE ANY CREDIT CARD. PayPal may try to prompt you to create a PayPal account, but you can ignore and bypass these attempts.
CASH PAYMENT
Everyone with access to a credit or debit card must pay using that method. Cash payment is an option only available to those without access to credit and/or who qualify for our Access or Supported tuition rate (see tuition support tab above).
